When it ships, how it arrives.

How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $75. Under that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your address.
When will my order ship?
Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it's on its way.
How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive in 3–7 business days. International timelines vary by destination and any local customs handling.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Duties and taxes for international orders are set by your country and may be collected on delivery.

What is your return policy?
Return unworn pieces in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund to your original payment method.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email support@tantoujewelry.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label and next steps.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of your return arriving with us. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

What it's made of, how to keep it.

What are Tantou pieces made from?
A warm 18k gold plating over a solid metal base, sculpted and finished by hand in small runs. The exact base metal is noted on each product page.
Will it irritate sensitive skin?
Most people wear our pieces with no issue. If your skin is very sensitive, keep them dry, avoid wearing them to sleep, and give your skin a break between wears.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep it dry — remove pieces before showering, swimming, sleeping or applying perfume and lotion. Wipe gently with a soft cloth and store flat, away from moisture, in the pouch it arrives in.
How do I keep the gold looking its best?
Gold plating stays beautiful when it's kept away from water, friction and chemicals. Treated gently, the finish holds well — and every piece is covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects.

How do I find my ring size?
Measure the inner diameter of a ring you already wear and compare it to a standard ring-size chart, or visit a local jeweler for a quick sizing. Still unsure? Email us before ordering.
Are the earrings heavy?
Each piece is engineered so the mass sits low and balanced — substantial in the hand, comfortable to wear through a long evening.
What if a piece doesn't suit me?
That's what the 30-day return window is for — send it back unworn for a refund or exchange.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We pack quickly, so email support@tantoujewelry.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best before it ships.
